Tannaz N. Saponaro
Tannaz Saponaro is a highly recognized family law attorney specializing in sophisticated divorce matters with complex financial family estates, child custody, alongside ancillary probate and business disputes. She was born in Tehran, Iran before moving to Los Angeles, California with her family at a young age. She attended California State University in Northridge and of L’Universite Pour Les Etudiants Etranges in Aix En Provence, France before obtaining her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. She is fluent in four languages including English, Farsi, French and Spanish.
Hon. Robert W. Langlois (ret.)
Hon. Robert W. Langlois is a retired First Justice of the Norfolk and Middlesex Probate and Family Courts. Judge Langlois provides consultation services in domestic relations and probate matters as well as extensive Alternative Dispute Resolution services, including mediation, arbitration, conciliation, and private adjudication, to litigants who prefer to pursue a discreet, expeditious resolution of disputes involving family matters. He is, and for many years has been, a member of the MBA’s Family Law Section Counsel, past President of the Norfolk County Bar Association and has served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Inn of Court.
David Jellinek
David Jellinek is an experienced trial attorney, with extensive courtroom experience and a specialty in criminal defense, family law, and the prosecution and defense of 209A restraining orders. He has extensive legal experience in domestic relations and both public and private criminal defense cases through the Boston area and suburbs. David also prosecuted internal affairs violations for the Boston Police Department.

Courtney graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and obtained a B.A. in Art from Simmons University. Courtney was a law clerk in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston. Additionally, Attorney Winter was selected as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, where she rotated between Worcester, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Suffolk counties.

Tayla Duarte is an experienced Legal Assistant with over five years of experience in the practice of law.
