Attorney Tannaz Saponaro will be joining a distinguished panel at the Boston Bar Webinar: The Immigrant Expectation and Experience in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts on Wednesday, November 17th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Attorney Saponaro will will speak about working with families and different cultures within her practice area, the American Rule of Law, the class of culture and court intervention that has helped shape the work she and the other presenters do with families. The panel will also discuss domestic, gender based and sexual violence in varying communities, with the Probate and Family Court serving as an agent for protections of victims addressing these issues within our communities. Tannaz and the panel will focus on “immigrant families assimilating in the U.S., their navigation of the judicial system and seeking help for a family in crisis to custody battles” as described by the Boston Bar Association.
