Hon. Robert W. Langlois is a retired First Justice of the Norfolk and Middlesex Probate and Family Courts. He is presently of Counsel at the Wellesley, Mass. firm of Saponaro Law Offices, PLLC where he provides consultation services in domestic relations and probate matters as well as extensive Alternative Dispute Resolution services, including mediation, arbitration, conciliation, and private adjudication, to litigants who prefer to pursue a discreet, expeditious resolution of disputes involving family matters.  Judge Langlois has participated on numerous education panels for both the judiciary and the bar and has appeared on several radio programs addressing family law issues. He has authored numerous articles for MCLE, Mass. Lawyer’s Weekly, Family Law Quarterly, and other publications. He has also served on many committees for the Probate and Family Court and the MBA, most recently having co-chaired the Joint Bar Committee on Gifted and Inherited Assets. He is, and for many years has been, a member of the MBA’s Family Law Section Counsel. He is also past a President of the Norfolk County Bar Association and has served as the Chair of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Inn of Court. Judge Langlois is also a member of the Boston Bar Association.
