Courtney Winter graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and obtained a B.A. in Art from Simmons University. While at Suffolk, she was honored to collaborate with Professor Charles E. Rounds Jr. on the 1999 and 2000 editions of  Loring: A Trustee’s Handbook. Courtney was also a law clerk in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston. During law school, Courtney was a student attorney who represented indigent clients in divorce and custody matters in Middlesex and Suffolk counties.

Upon graduation, Courtney was selected as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, where she rotated between Worcester, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Suffolk counties.

In addition to Courtney’s legal background, she has been the Administrator at the Spruce Street Nursery School in downtown Boston for 10 years.  Courtney brings her unique perspective to young children’s issues at Saponaro Law Offices PLLC.

Courtney calls Boston home, where she lives with her husband Tony, four children, two dogs and one cat.
